VIBE BK Store Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 7 days after the product has been received. Most apparel and accessories are returnable.

Please note that return shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Claims submitted for a size exchange, customers will receive a store credit upon receipt of returned order and after product inspection. Note: If the product is marked FINAL SALE, the item is not eligible to be  exchanged.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached

-Items must be free of stains, scents, makeup, deodorant or wear

-Items must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling

-Damaged returns will not be accepted

VIBE BK is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • If the coupon code FINALVIBE is used.

  • If the tag is removed from the item

  • Free Gifts/ Promotional items

  • Facemasks

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Undergarments (i.e. Sports bras)

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Worn items

  • Items with stains, scents, makeup, deodorant, or wear

  • Shipping fees are the cost of the customer for returns. 

Lost in transit?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
